What does DevOps-as-a-Service actually include?
Everything a dedicated DevOps team would own: CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure setup and ongoing management, containerization, monitoring and alerting, security hardening, and Infrastructure as Code. You get a full function, not a consultant. Your team focuses on the product; we make sure it runs.
How quickly can we get started?
For DevOps-as-a-Service and development engagements, we typically scope and begin within one to two weeks. For DevOps Staffing, most placements start within three to four weeks. We don't run long procurement cycles.
How is DevOps Staffing different from hiring someone ourselves?
With a standard hire, you handle sourcing, onboarding, HR, payroll, and performance management. With our staffing model, you get a trained engineer embedded full-time in your team, on our payroll, with our quality oversight. You get the output of a staff engineer without the overhead of being their employer.
Do you work with companies outside the MENA region?
Yes. Our team operates remotely and has worked with clients across Europe and North America. MENA is our home market, but geography has never been a constraint for us.
What happens during the free tech audit?
We review your infrastructure, CI/CD setup, deployment process, and overall DevOps posture. You get a clear picture of where your gaps are and what they're costing you, prioritized by risk and impact. What to do about them is what an engagement is for.
Can you work with our existing infrastructure and tools?
Yes. We don't require you to switch platforms or tools. We assess what you have, work within it where it makes sense, and recommend changes only when there's a clear reason. Most engagements begin with exactly this kind of review.
